WOLA is excited to team up with Kuhn Riddle Architects, undertaking a suitability assessment for this local non-profit community childcare program. With a school bus turnaround, parking space requirements, desired programming adjacencies, and wetland buffers, we got together for a charette to problem solve. Scaled baseplans and collage parking space and play space unit pieces allowed us to work quickly in a group and develop a creative, practical solution to present to the client for their consideration.
We’re always curious to see what sort of materials are available for use; WOLA knows our clients depend on us to keep abreast of best practice and provide them with options which best suit their taste and preference. This spring, we visited nurseries and saw some exciting newer cultivars as well as plants which have a successful track record. We’re excited to share these plants with our clients in the future!
